Refunds can be given on a case-by-case basis. If an item has not been shipped and a refund is requested, typically a full refund will be given. Shipping Costs are non-refundable if an item has been shipped. By placing an order, you agree to the terms listed.

If your refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
