Refund policy
Refunds can be given on a case-by-case basis. If an item has not been shipped and a refund is requested, typically a full refund will be given. Shipping Costs are non-refundable if an item has been shipped. If an item has been delivered, and a refund is requested and approved, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Any items marked 'BLEM' are all sales final, and not eligible for a refund. By placing an order, you agree to the terms listed.
If your refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund request and no updates, please contact us at support@ftmediaworks.com.
EU Return Policy (6/19/26): We respect that EU has the Right of Withdrawal policy. EU Customers have 14 days to request for a return. If in the event a customer in the EU submits a return an item, the customer is responsible to pay for all shipping and duties to send the package back for a refund. A 30% restocking fee will be applied.
