Shipping policy

Current Fulfillment Lead Times: 5-7 Business Days. Please allow up to 72 Hours for tracking to update once received. If you Pre-Order items along with in-stock items, your order will be shipped when the pre-ordered items arrive.

All domestic orders are typically shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Other shipping options, such as United Parcel Service (UPS) are available and will be charged accordingly.

 

Current Rates for United States Domestic Orders under 8 oz is 5.5$ Flat Fee. Orders above 9 oz - 15 oz will be charged $7.50. 1lb (16oz) and above will be charged accordingly. If you wish to receive your order faster, you can select USPS Priority Mail starting at $15.00.

 

International Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, or FedEx International Connect Plus, whichever is more economical, at a starting Flat Rate of $18.75 under 16oz. Packages above 1lb will be charged accordingly due to fluctuating shipping costs and fuel surcharges.

Another service, Asendia USA is available for select international countries. Canada rates start at $15, while other countries start at $16.50. Package weights can be shipped with this service up to 4lbs.

*Please note if Asendia USA is not an option at checkout, it is possible your package exceeds 4lbs or is not supported by this shipping service.

 

Orders will typically be shipped on a first come, first serve basis, and my availability to visit the Shipping Facilities. Typically, orders are processed within 5-7 business days if it is in-stock. If you need your package sent out within a specific date, or time frame, please reach out to me so accommodations can be made!

 

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. FT MediaWorks is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries. If the package gets returned to the sender, the shipping cost must be paid before sending it again.

 

If USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Asendia USA loses, delays, or seizes a tracked package, please contact us at support@ftmediaworks.com so we can try to resolve the situation. If you have an issue regarding with a missing delivery, please reach out to me.

Currently, some shipping locations have been suspended by USPS. This is unfortunately out of my control, and I cannot ship to certain locations that are listed on the suspension list.
